Stampin' Up! Home Office Video

Stampin' Up! shows their appreciation for demonstrators all the time! I truly LOVE this company!

Convention 2010 Check in Day

Well today was a blast! We picked up our bags (which are stinkin' cute!) and headed to Momento Mall. I say every year that I'm not going to go crazy, but I do! Stampin' Up! really had some great logo items for demonstrators this year! Check back tomorrow for those photos.

 
After dropping our bags back off at the room and a quick bite to eat, we headed to the Gathering Place to check out all the samples! This one was my favorite! This display highlighted Stampin' Up!'s new Color Renovation in a really cute way! The color families were represented in an old time candy shoppe form! I loved it, here are a few more pics.

Here is a really cute idea using some of the pinks and purples in our color pallette! The cones are made using designer series papers and the really pretty antique ribbons now offered in the 2010-2011 Idea Book & Catalog!

Look at this!!!!! These "candies" are made of cardstock and some from ribbon! All of the new colors were showcased in some delicious treat or another! I was in awe!

Look at this display using some of the party supplies in the catalog! Perfect for boy or girl at any age!

Stampin' Up! hosted a Flower Power Party for us tonight! It was so much fun! We dressed up a little, but not near as much as some of the others!

This is my friend Catherine and her downline! Don't they look great?!

Stampin' Up!'s own version of the fun game, Twister was a riot! Here are some groovy hippies trying to not get tied into knots!

Stampin' Up! announces New Color Renovation

Color is one of the best products that Stampin' Up! offers! Frankly, it is one of the major parts of its identity! Color is fundamental to your ability to create and be creative. You also need color to be up to date with the trends to keep your artwork fresh and exciting! Stampin' Up! is renovating its color pallete with new color collections! This refreshing collection will combine some current core colors with some past favorite In Colors AND 5 brand new colors! This change will take place when the new Idea Book & Catalog starts on July 1st! I'm so excited I can barely stand it!!!!

The colors are:

Stamping on the Bayou Anniversary!

 
A few more ideas for Halloween treats and these are super easy! For the sucker project, you need the Sweet Centers stamp set, the 1 3/4" circle punch, and Pop Up glue dots. A very talented demonstrator, whose name escapes me, shared these pumpkin boxes on her blog. We made them for club last month and also for Trish's workshop. The pumpkin was made with the Wide Oval punch. Punch 5 ovals from the Pumpkin Pie card stock and sponge the edges of each with Pumpkin Pie Classic ink. You start in the middle and alternate each oval behind the first to create your pumpkin. Punch the stem using Soft Suede card stock and the Modern Label punch and cut in half. Embellish with a leaf and sentiment. Attach to any size card stock box.

Well, it goes LIVE today!! I'm so excited to share the Spring/Summer Idea Book & Catalog with you. My kids have dentist appointments today, so I won't be able to post links on this blog until later today. But, my Stampin' Up! site will be updated automatically. I do have hard copies of the catalog too - join me for my Open Houses this week to get your hands on one!
